whats wrong with necrophilia ?
I'm not ruining any ones fun ,people can vote for whichever picture they like ,
I also dont like skinny models in pictures because it encourages young girls to be come anorexic or bulimic to lose weight .
seriously though its all about personal choice and I think no 4 is a better picture technically and artisticly
if you dont like what I say ,
PUT SOME COTTON WOOL IN YOUR EARS !!!!
(sorry for shouting )

Haha, you guys aren't going to believe this, picture 3 is mine! And no, it wasn't edited at all, just re-sized (no cropping either).
I was not speeding (legally or for the conditions), I can only have been doing 40 maybe, and no harsh breaking was needed to get round the corner. This road is corner after corner, so there's no time to gain any speed. The motion blur was caused by camera settings. My dad actually took the photo while I was driving. It was taken a short while after Christmas in the late afternoon when it was getting dim, so the camera obviously went for a longer exposure (on auto setting). I'm not sure that it was wet, but the headlight reflections would indicate it was a tad damp.
I fully agree with you Mick, driving too fast for the conditions is a bad thing, don't do it people! I definetly wasn't in this case, just that the camera makes it look like I was. Cameras do lie!
Yes, blue is a good colour Jani, and that one just came out fantastically with the focus on the background. A real case of take 30 shots, and one will work
Pic 4 was fantastic, I want to know who's that is and how it was done! (Maybe after the comp for fairness)
There are some fantastic pics in this this comp, and there are the ones other people entered
. Seriously guys, good turnout and quality. What are the rules for voting for people who've entered, vote for anyone except yourself? We've had this prob before and I can't remember what was decided in the end. I'm going to have to think for a while before I vote anyway.

I guessed 3 was yours MJ, and I've seen some of your pics, but also know you like photoshop, so wasn't sure
I also know pic 4's owner by the car... and I'm damn impressed... need to know how that was done, answers by the photographer when he can own up to who he is, or MSN if I see you first

OK time to come clean,
I only posted that to see what sort of comebacks I would get and one or two were very predictable ,
Don't ask me why but I knew it was MJ's photo which is why I thought my (tongue in cheek ) comment was so apt ,
At first sight it go's against everything MJ stands for ( driving fast
,driving dangerously and taking his car out in the wet ) all in one photo lol
great picture MJ
same go's for the speedo one ,
think back ,who posted here (alright it was 2 years ago ) about regularly hitting 120 + on the M6 in a certain graphic'd express on his twice weekly trips to Coventry ,
At the end of the day I have no problems with driving fast or even over the speed limit on two conditions
1 ) you do it in your own car
2 ) you do it in such a way that if you screw up and lose control the only person you are going to hurt is yourself,
i.e. no passengers and the road ahead is clear as far as its going to take you to stop from whatever speed you are doing.
the camera never lies but it can give false impressions

I didn't think it sounded like you to jump to accusations like that, and it did make a good point looking at the responses. Thanks for the comment and I hope you voted for me
I guess it's fairly obvious it's mine. I said I'd entered, the first pic is left hand drive, second one way to fast, and none of the others are dark blue.

And you can see Megasquirt DB9 connector + leds at near bottom of first pic in place of radio but only if you look carefullyMJ wrote:Nice one Mick!
