You don't have your e-mail listed in you profile ;) I sent a zipped version of the files to your MSN address, so hopefully you get them.

Having looked back, they weren't quite as good as I remembered, but maybe one or two will be useful :)

David, also check the previous VOC sales, both Kev Devine and John Allam have recently had their GLT's for sale at a grand each.

Can't find Johns and HUG on there, but it's certainly in our for sale section.

Bump. Looks like just a fresh tailgate to me. I may be able to help you out with that one, when the time comes.

If you let that car go to the crusher, I'll tell Farrell you've been trespassing on his land, and that you work for the DVLA.....the result just doesn't bear thinking about sm56

cheers

No movement on the car yet. It needs a new differential as that went after trying to drive it

I've now bough a van (ford transit). I'll post up an update when the insurance company gets their finger out.

I will do my best to ensure it doesn't go to the crusher!

You can make the insurance company repair the car back to how it was before the collision.

I would say it would be much cheaper to repair than to replace tbh.

It will be such a chame if you get rid of the car

I can sort you out with a diff, if it helps...although I'm a bit worried about why it went...

Problem is I don't want to use a car anymore for my uses, seeing that kind of damage to high value bikes is heart breaking and more of a pain than car damage.

I have a spare diff but that can wait till the insurers sort themselves.

As it wasn't your fault mate, demand they return it to the state it was previously, don't pay an excess, it's not your fault, get it mended, then sell it if you no longer need it! If a good job is done, someone should see a good opportunity to buy a very nice car!

Looks like it all should be settled in the next week. I will be looking to sell the car and will post details when it's actually available. For anyone interested now the car has MOT till May 08, no road tax, damaged rear diff, dented rear boot lid and minor damage to front grill. It does drive but would advise limiting mileage till diff replaced.

I will be selling the car with a 29k mile gearbox/diff so repair should be quite easy.

I am keen to sell only to a genuine buyer who will restore it. I simply don't have the space or time now. The car has been left undriven since May but still starts perfectly

If anyone is interested let me know. I think it is best sold on here or via other volvo sites/clubs rather the usual routes if at all possible.

Let us know when you are ready to sell as I'm sure someone here would be interested.
