pete - have you tried classic car insurance? if you put a harsh limit on your milage you should be able to get it for <£100

Age Hugh! You can't normally get a classic policy under 25 these days. Definitely not under 21. Damn them.

yeah you can - my mates been on one for his triumph for years.. he was definatly only 20 when it started

Hi 5lab, I've tried a couple of classic insurers, and one quoted me £3500 from memory, ridiculous!
I shall however keep it as a dream and hope that one day I can own one and afford to insure it!

Crikey Pete - how young are you?! At 19 (last year) I was quoted £2000 by the VOC, but that was the only quote I got...I could insure a 360 turbo for that kinda money.
