The rust protection is well worth while and a must tbh. It sould be done very few years.

If all you want to do is lower it I see no problems there but the car is to good to drift

I personaly would be upset if it ended up being used for that and thats coming from someone who owns a drift car and has another one to start building.

Flipping heck. That car looked rough, yet I was still tempted by it. If it'd used those pics in the listing, I would have bid. Nice one, seems you are giving the attenion it deserves already.

These plans you mentioned you had... I have a really rough 1.7 if you want a straight swap  sm53

not on your life! but as a question pm me some details about the 1.7 :) i have to ask a few questions it would be rude not too.

the car is way toooooooooo good! just been round north wales in it and it was great!!!

really smooth and flowed through the corners, i dont like to push the cash its a true cruiser :D

i have my e30 335i to horse about, Quakers as my girlfriend likes to call her is a car to be looked after.

i got a few pics today but my girlfriend was getting moody about me spending too much time with the car and not with her

I'm glad you are going to keep it stock.

Do you fancy the drive down the A55 next weekend - that would add on a lot of milage compared to what it has though

I'll post some pics of the 360 drift car later

well i have done around 320 miles in it since i have had it - about 2/3 weeks

the 335 is off the road and i have needed to get out the city desperately! so the 343 has done me proud :D

the original plan was to get to holy head today so i would have passed by you.

i ended up by betws-y-ceod as we were going snowdonia way.

will drop by some time as we plan to get a ferry across to dublin sometime (£13 on hovercraft :D ) and going to snowdonia when the winter sets in 8)

p.s i should have know it was a volvo drift car

I don't blame you for not wanting to mess with it...it's properly tidy :)

If you decide to sell it sometime, and Fume doesn't snap it up...;)

cheers

James

thing is i love it and i will keep it sweet - i will be getting the T-cut out to bring the paint up a bit as it has fadded slightly

but i can fix that :D

if i got the right offer i would part with it and get myself a town sl*g to horse about but i would have to know it was going to the right place
1: because i love it
2: because the old lady sold it to me and told me to look after her 'lady' as she called it. the lady was great she bought me oil, brake oil and gave me a works magazine the car was featured in :D

i should keep it as its a great car and the girlfriend my kick my behind if i sold it

i get plenty of attention in Quakers!

the girls love it :D i get my aviators on 8) and it just adds to the retro look!

i just hope the yello doesnt get too much attention from the chav population :? some people just dont understand.

Tell me about it - by 3 door 360 was mint when I got it - but now has a nice collection of dints and scratches thanks to the local kids... To be honest, I can't be bothered to get upset about it any more :D

thats why my plan was to buy a dog and horse it everywhere and not care where its parked due to it being a bit rough.

if it got kicked i would be a bit miffed but just sort it out. may have even painted it matt black lowered it etc but i have bought a minter!!!!

so now i have to look after it! oh well plans change :D

Haha, I was only joking about the 1.7, it's my daily parts shed/rally beastie. Keep the car and enjoy it, as much as I like seeing cars at shows, I also reckon they should be used, and not bubble wrapped and put on a shelf ;)
