Here in Sweden Volvo sold a 1,6L kit for the 343.
New pistons and cylinder"linings"(dont know the english word), other things the same as the R-kit and different carburettor(dual SU I think it was).

Result: a powerful machine with 95 wild horsepowers.

Very interesting! Linings is very very nearly right - we tend to call them 'liners'.
