Good point like, parts availability is better for ford stuff. You could fit a 6-speeder from a supra with the same amount of work though.

That can take stupid brake. I just want the noise of a straight cut, I love doing events with my mate in his mk2 escort, and just hearling it go down the box sends shivers down my spine. I know when we're flat out when you hear the engine only then you hear one more whine! 4th 1:1 then 5th!

Yeah it's been done. Not the best setup but if you don't race at track, it's not like the car isn't driveable.filthyjohn wrote:Though I reckon it could be possible to fit a 240 axle to the leaf springs.
