No, that's Joni (xtrmjks)'s car. Mine is similar, but has smaller carbs. The concept is similar, though.
If you want to go down the MS route (not a bad idea), that will set you back £200-300, plus lots of time. You'll may want to budget some time for tuning on a dyno. I would get a larger throttle body fitted to the inlet manifold - perhaps the one from a non-turbo 850, or a 960? This will also give you the right type of throttle position sensor for MS. The hole behind the TB will need to be enlarged, too. The exhaust will depend on exactly what you do. I believe there is a company who makes performance manifolds for left hand drive 360s, but I can't remember who. A local shop will probably be best for the rest of the system. They might be able to build you a high performance manifold, too.
The Swift GTI has a great engine, and acheiving that sort of specific output will not be easy without a 16v head...but you should at least be able to get into a position to wipe the smile from his face
