Have you considered a pedal bike? Less than £20 a year for insurance on one of them, fully comp with agreed value.

Was that for classic insurance? They told me Volvos had to be at least 30 years old to qualify for their classic policies.

yep, they had no problem with it, just said i must join an owners club and that would be that
it has to be made in 1990 or earlier though - not sure if this rule means the car has to be pre 1990 or 20 years old - so if next year itll be 1991 etc
