mine does that mate, if its idling when cold. it just the engine shaking and making the manifold hit the heatshield. nothing to worry about

Another one here which rattles too, dont worry about it dude. Although if it bothers you I can't imagine it'd be expensive

input bearing of the gearbox has the same weakness as the output shaft bearing from the bellhousing, don't worry about any noise rattle etc on idle with the clutch off.
rattle with applyed clutch (release bearing) is a different story, this may cause problems when changing gear.
if the bearings on the prop are really really worn you notice this at high rpm, makes the entire car vibrate like crazy
