that does look spot on  ; allmost like it is ment to be, very nice Adam

you won't have to worry about breaking trannys/propshafts anymore i think

funny how the cv's look very much the same thickness, the plates where they bolt to the 300 diff tend to give up from time to time; i wonder how that is done in the vette's tranny

Oh MAN that's epic. I can't believe how close it all is. I'll be watching this with great interest...

Do I spy a multi-plate clutch up front?

cheers

Yes that's a 1 owner from new NASCAR clutch! Chevy spline pattern ftw. Will be coupled to a TTV flywheel. Has like 720nm clamping force or something mad all for £60!

Mark (Bertiebandit / BBQ) mentioned ex-nascar clutches being the most amazing thing known to man. £60 for something like that is mental!

I was telling my mate about this the other day (the one who worked for Muzz for a while), and he mentioned that the T56 is hardly a 'sports' gearbox...everything is a bit on the heavy side...which figures, given the torque handling capability.

cheers

M47R was hardly owt to right home about, either.

What ratio CWP is that set up running????

Doesn't exactly look a bolt up job to me,but,if anyone can do it I'm sure it's you.
Good luck with it.

It's not as heavy as it looks to be honest. Box is a bit heavierthan a 47, if I can I will weigh it all.

Sven it's running a 3.42 but they are readily available, I will probably be switching it for a 4.1.
