I've got a fire extinguisher too, you can't just be to sure
Watch the inlet, its probably gonna hit the reservoir. You can easely make a extern reservoir. It's done to original R-sports. (LHD)
Proff build Nikdev, Like it very much.

...plus we don't need to tell you how crazily flammable brake fluid is (way more than petrol), and what it would do to your paint
Nessy's original radiator had been "chemical metalled". It lasted well until I knocked it, but then it was game over. I'd get it brazed, or get a new one.
cheers

Been working a lot on the car lately so no time for updates, but here is a pic form yesterday:
Finished 16th in the club class in Powerdrift round 2 at Gardermoen
Happy with that as I feel both me and the car has a lot of more potential, got almost no training before qual, and it was the first time doing it in 3rd! So with more practise, adjusting of Weber's etc I hope i will perform better at Rudskogen round 3

Make sure you got enough air into the cooler.
I also have one, but gave it a new place after the oil got 120 degrees after a 15 minutes of drifting.... Now its full in the airstream. I doesn't get higher than 90 degrees anymore.

90 celcius is still a bit low for oil on an engine running at full chat all the time. You should be aiming for about 110 celcius

Yup, even worse at the end of the long straight
Therefore I made some holes in the hood
Ended up like this: No more bonnet flying away

Thanks man!
Competed in Powerdrift round 4 this weekend. The Volvo performed well on dry, and teared up tires easy in 3rd gear

Messed it up with a spin and a skid out in the sand in the qualifying laps, so i don't expect i did very well. But i know a mate of mine got me on tape, so i will put out a vid asap
Drivers meet:
Skidding and leaning
What else can I say, the car works great. No need for turning any spanners just plain old fun!
