I think most of the F7p guys building one, want this, as the original F7p/r needs to be cut and welded...

All the clio boys reckon the standard williams manifold is too restrictive for 160hp+, so a better option would be nice. Mine has cams now so I think I'm reaching the limits of my homemade crappy exhaust.

Dai sometimes gets kept away from the forum for differing reasons, have you tried sending him a ring or a text? His no should be the first post, and he will always get back to you a lot quicker that way.

At one end of each side there is a 10 mm thick spreader plate. The longer bolts are to go through that end.

Hi, whats the current situation with special improved topmounts?
Ive broken a thrust bearing and could be tempted to replace the whole lot, because the saxo VTS thing isnt going anywhere.
Sorry Just checked, thought these were still in R+D

The top mounts are available but to order only. The big advantage of the ones that I make are the ride height can be kept low. Using nissan ones or others will lift the front end over 1"

The front inserts have been available for a month or so now. I can do them in the std height version for use for use with original or rally springs and I do the more common shortened version for use with lowering springs. The shortened version eliminates the need to clamp the spings to the cups.
