HI Jonny,

not see the cheque as yet. My dad has been away for the past two weeks so it could have got mixed up with his post. He'll be going through it all tonight so I'll let you know if it is there. We spoke quite a while ago if I remeber correctly. I think you were going to have think on which to go for 2 or 3" drop.

If it is there I'll get you bits off to you asap.

Cheers

Dai

Thanks Dai, I hope the cheque is there somewhere - do let me know. I have decided to go for 3" drop on front coils with a level of stiffness that doesn't shatter teeth but keeps the front end planted during corners. Will go for poly bushes later.

Thanks Dai. Look forward to hearing from you asap.

Hi Dai

Are the 1.7 engine mounts ok to use on a 1.8 clio engine? i know i used the 1.7 ones before so i'm guessing they would be ok just wanting to check. Think i checked a year odd ago and they were not ready - also after a 1 1/2" rear lowering block kit.

Thanks

Shane

Poly, or rubber, Dai? These seem to go creaky quite often, so that's some good news, either way.

cheers

As you would expect from me they are in poly with stainless sleeves so a lifetime replacment.

I seem to get creaking from the left rear corner when doing some enthusiastic cornering to the right. Turning the same way (or with even more determination) to the left won't produce any excess noises from the right side though.

What is included in the rear spring bushing set? Looking at the VADIS rear suspension diagram there seems to be a larger rubber bushing (3101000) inside both spring ends, and then a thinner, longer rubber bush (3100556) that's inside the spring shackle. Are any of the mounting bolts and nuts included?
