just this one i'm afraid;
Image

i'm gonna play with paint on the front bumper to get the gap in the centre as stealthy as possible, should look the tits when it's done AND give the FMIC some proper cooling!!!!.

been playing with idea's for the dash and thought of something not seen in any V300 yet!!! whole interior will get the same treatment and that's all i'm gonna say for now. will take a while to get done since i also have to prep the doorpanels for that treatment so those will be polyed and get speakerframes moulded in; dawm, where did i leave my spare time

anyway; new exhaust parts; 3" downpipe in pieces, and lots of 2,5"bits to go over the rear axle etc.:

muffler

+ size impression :D

i'm sick of the sleeper look so this should help out a bit, more bodyparts coming on aswell.
for reference, will be mounted higher:

been busy with the dash again, lots of little things to make it fit nice that take forever to do but show very little.

i like it a lot though. still needs a lot of work to get ready for finishing but will look really good when it's done i think :D

started on doorpanels; poly-fun coming up in a few weeks.
Image

and the starter of the downpipe, only a tiny bit so far as i've been away most of the week chasing very hot girls at Sneekweek (quite succesfull too actually :D )..
Image

welded the V-band joint on 2 sides to get as little flow restriction as possible

hehe, i actually love this type of welding.

only the TIG pistol; no extra wire feed, just purely melting the 2 seperate bits of metal together. clean and very strong though it requires quite a bit of prep work before you can start welding as both surfaces have to be perfectly level to melt both of them together.

also, with this welding technique making a single slight mistake and the weld looks bad; and that's the challenging part :D

Looks like you have real attention to detail! But more importantly...

What's Sneekweek?

heheheh

Sneek is a town in the Dutch province of Friesland, this year was the 75th "Sneekweek" wich back in the days started out as a sailing competition on the lakes near Sneek. over the years it kinda grew into a national party-week where the people sail during the day, and go out at night during this week. now there's outdoor stages with both dutch bands and well known house dj's on quite a few stages throughout the city. about 60% of the people from 18-25 is female, and from that number nearly 50% looks a bit like Doutzen Kroes (a model from Friesland)

it is kindoff a dutchpeople-only party i'm affraid, sorry :)
