seems to be holding up, if you think i look abit nervous btw its because i was, that suspension really scared the shit out of me all weekend, managed to do a few sikds though, car kept getting hot due to big lines onto the track but was more than happy with it engine wise, think im going to send my shocks off to gaz and get them made into coilovers and get some adjustble shocks on the back, aome poly bushes and some diy braceing and it should be more than enough for what i want

Nice to see that you're getting some fun out of it now!

Good stuff! I rate the adjustables on the rear very highly for drifting, they're a really nice setup which can be adjusted for weather and tyres.

i need to put a update up here, done a few bits recently, even done a bodge suspension setup to get it threw the next drift day, its not ideal but its abit stiffer than what it was so it will keep me going till i get a proper setup,

are there any volvo wireing experts on here? still something draining my battery and wireing in need of a big tidy up, i dont want to touch it though now ive got it running because i dont know enough and its just problem after problem with the wireing and i recently discovered something about building this volvo, and its that driveing it is alot more enjoyable than fucking about with it,

going for some skids at the weekend so that should be a laugh

cheers

Sweet.

As for the drain. Quick check is at idle - put a multimeter accross the battery. What does it read? Also, do the same for the alternator - what does that read?

I'm no expert but i did make a simplified diagram of all the wiring for the turbo engines, in this thread:
