If it feels awful/tastes bad it is probably good for you, that is what they say when forcing fish oil to my mouth
I would think that keeping your mind busy with other things is helping too, you kind of forget to miss smoking

Hi all.
Day six now and i have not smoked.
I was sick as a pig yesterday with the shakes and puked up but still going.
