They always gave me good quotes in the past, in a rush I decided to go with them for one more year at the cost of £900 for this year :( (up from 800 last year). I am going to use the phone next time though, get some real quotes. I'll be up to 3 years ncb by then :D

I've only just turned 23. I have a heavily modified car. I think it's just over average.

Im only just 20 and have 3 yrs no claims, Ill be paying £421 next year.

I've never had a policy with mods on though, so im not really sure what costs what.

Mods are a killer bud. Especially engine changes. Gets better as you get older though as options increase.

Not strictly true as there is still only a limited amount of companys that will even consider touching a modded car.

Well i'm (groan) 30 this year and as you can see on the last page i'm still paying over £500.

My 60+ old man still pays £800+ on his R33 GTS Skyline!

As soon as I modded Fake at 25 the number of companies reduced. On the other hand, I much prefer that I'm with a specialist who knows what my car is about rather than the genius of some companies
