Why do you have to use a turbo? What about using a G60 supercharger? The boost can be set via belt ratios there's loads of space for one and boost would be gradual reflecting engine revs - low torque at low revs, high boost at high rev. Should be a perfect match for CVT - could use with SU HIFF44 -- cheap gentle boost.
