Do I need better insurance quotes about the alloys or 960 Fogs? ;)

For the alloys. Almost anyone I tried will insure you for cosmetic stuff (alloys, bodykit, etc). Actual performance work is a little harder, but I have my car insured with all declared (including the bodykit not yet fitted) for a touch over 500 notes with 1 years NCB.

cheers

Well I'm 23 in September and the total age of my cars is somewhere around a thousand years old with the oldest being 70 :!:

Ooh, you cheeky child, we were the pioneers! We were cutting our teeth on 6502 / Z80 / 68000 assembly language before you were so much as a twinkle in your father's / milkman's / Volvo dealer's eye.

35 and don't feel a day above 17! Although I'm surprised that I'm one of the oldest here.

I must say that it's strange that the average age of a 300 series driver is under 30.. for a car thats stereotypically driven by oldies (yes, even older than Mick ;) 60+

I'm 20 and my 360 is a year older!

I still go by the fact that most of the proper oldie crew (if we for the sake of argument, use Mick as the divide between old and proper old ;)) just either don't use the internet, don't use good googling skills, or didn't get bored enough after the pub one night to type Volvo 300 in. They are probably looking up knitting patterns and things.

*Oh, and most of that is a tad tongue in cheek, by the fact that the most colour coded 300 we've seen so far is owned by an older bloke. What we don't know yet is if there are secret granny and grandad cruises inside bingo halls...*
