how about keeping the top part of your original design, i.e. side and front view and then below the url put what we are about , i.e .meets ,forum, fun ,parts etc

Yes, it is much clearer with the simpler graphics.

I think thats near on perfect,
only I expect the saloon owning whingers will moan that they have been left out again ,
 not that there is anything wrong with the saloons  (mine is being picked up by its new owner tomorrow )

just to placate them
is there a similar picture available of the saloon Gavin , perhaps facing the other way so you could have

saloon then headon shot then hatch

If not I for one think thats as good as we are gonna get and we should get them made .

(funding assistance is still available if needed )

that just leaves the bloody tshirts to sort out

Thanks Mick.

I'm afraid that I haven't seen a similar image of a saloon. If someone can supply one, that would be good.

I think that the layout probably needs tweaking a bit. Any suggestions for further refinements gratefully received. Otherwise, will bring some cards to Donington.

I think it looks good, but I'm not keen on the font used for the url... perhaps something similar to window stickers?

Also it could do with some colour, although I appreciate b&w will be cheaper for printing.

I've got a saloon side, however it needs a bit of tweeking. I could only find a Mk2 saloon, so I added the front of a Mk3 and a Mk3 rear bumper, and these don't match perfectly, although when shrunk down to business card size this shouldn't be a prob. Shal I e-mail it to you? is TGA format OK, to keep size down and quality up.

I'd stay b&w, colour can easily look tacky. Good effort here Gavin, dead impressed

Any good to ya!? Saloon included.
Need to do something soon, the J reg 340 is back near me, it comes and goes, so need to get the info to them. I noticed today it has one electric mirror swtich broken, and the front n/s wing is damaged, so we might be able to help them.

Oh no ,

Ive just realized this is no good at all ,

THERES NO BOOT SPOILER ON THE HATCHBACK !!!!!!!!

back to the drawing board Gavin

seriously though if you can just get one of the side views facing the other way (preferably the hatchback ) so they both face the front view,

oh and lose the ejector seat

I think that will be perfect

trouble is we lose the back which was the whole point of the two side images ,
how about losing the front view and have the saloon and hatch nose to nose if we cant get it all in

and LOSE THE EJECTOR SEAT lol

the reason i used two side images was a purely aesthetic one

yes we lose the backs of the cars, but we also lose all the arseways writing, which is a result of mirroring the saloon

it's also too small a canvas to have them much smaller as you will lose the lines on a 72dpi jpeg

and I like it so there! :P

Is this more worthy? even though now it's totally asymetrical and with loads of mirror writing (but no ejector seat, I'd just forgotten that!)

yeah sorry m8 forgot about the writing , it was worth a try to satisfy everyone.

I think Gavins original is the best option ,

or do a batch with the hatch and a batch with the saloon

as for printing use vistaprint
you can get 250 made up to spec for around £15, that's more than enough!
