I think part 1 which slots into the other end might be the LSD but I'm not sure.

Part 1 is driveshaft end, that is inside of differential.
I have now put few more shots online. Sorry about blurry image, bit too hurry :(

I'm now thinking if those are indeed replacements of each other, there might not be enough space in differential casing for both of them?

Thats a winter grill cover.
So your engine gets warm faster at -20 degrees. :D
It fits with small clips at the back.

It's got two clips facing one way, and one the other, so slots then clips into the squares (meaning it won't fit on Kar's grill!). I'll sort a picture out for you later Mick

Update on the grill cosy.... I sent it homewards so that it could be tried on Fake Kar as it won't fit with Kar's grill. The pic of the clips on the back is on it's way Mick

Tis indeed mediumly floppy, it doesn't really look like something Volvo would sell, but I do like the look of it on the front... Now to decide if I'm gonna keep it......

Today it hit like a lightning to me, idea about my LSD.

As pictures did show, I got 2 parts when I bought it, today I realised that one is standard differential part and another is LSD unit that replaces that standard unit, same kind as I have now in my car.

So all seems to come clear now, undo those bolts, switch part and tighten all bolts back together. Not very difficult, maybe.

However I have never done that kind of things before, but it should not stop me :D
