Or niether if as Steve's saying you run the correct profile tyres, so the overall diameter is the same (which I'm sure none of the drift guys are!)
Thats great for drifting, as Ronnie says, more torque to get the wheels spinning, but for anything that gets used for the roads needs to keep overall diameter, else the speedo is going to be well off.
Plus the thing needs to be running on the deck to pull of super small rims, but I'm sure thats coming!
