That tire must be made in 'you know where', someone just had dropped his weed to tire mold and it has started to grow there, just starting to get to surface
Honestly that sucks, tire seem to have still 2mm or more thread left so it should last until there is no visible thread left, like Michael Schumacher's intermediates
Was that Michelin tire? I think I have set of tires with same looking thread at basement, there is bit more thread left than that one in picture, maybe 4-5mm, but those were some odd name and are not perfectly round, also 155/80-13 is pretty bad size for 360...
