Ok, I think I got what they do now, here is link again:

With cam that max torque at higher band I would need to adjust emulsions tubes so that they give more fuel at higher rpm compared to other areas.

However I find it being now lean always when I push throttle so changing jet should be first step to get it in range and then change emulsion tube so that enrichment happens in proper places.

Also it seems to be that I need to change idle jet too, if they would just sell these parts nearby it would be easier :P

Cam swapping would be cheaper soon, lol
