Yes, it is indeed from gasket to bottom of the float and that is in specs 33.8mm, however it is impossible to set so as float is too big.

With my current setting fuel level seem to be around half way of chamber, but I can now fine tune it if it looks like to be too little or too much, that need some test driving.

Oh yes I need to fix my renix unit, as I broke that vacuum nozzle(?) earlier, I think that super glue should fix that really well.

I haven't got my books to hand but lemme see if I can look up that adjustment for you later today when I get myself organised.

super glue holds only for short time.

better is to take a small diameter brass pipe (available at miniature RC boat / aircraft shop) and melt it down into the original plastic with your soldering iron.

I think that I should have somewhere something usable for that, trip to basement again ;)
