No worries at all Gavin - we've got the piece which has been requested!

Day one has gone well, with most of the smaller useful bits removed. Tomorrow we tackle the oily bits in earnest!

cheers

Job (almost) done. The weather was poor today, but we have parts for Will, William, Jay...and the A-pillar trim for Kaos. All is not lost on that crossmember for you John, but it's not looking promising.

I think we're now officially tired :)

cheers

Nope...we were short of time, and that would have taken ages, from the look of it.

Don't worry if you don't manage it James, I shouldn't have hacked my spare to bits! Sadly the local scrappy have just crushed a 360 glt that was virtually intact. I wanted the centre console cassette tray thingy

How does £10 shipped sound, Mr Kaos?

John...that sucks. The annoying thing is that they often won't sell you the complete car, either. It's like they've been destroying the things for so long that they've forgotten that a car can be more than a load of pieces of metal joined together...

cheers

I got back at 1:30 this morning... with a car full of bits ;) I'm more than happy for the GLT lip to go, I've got the ones I need! I also have lots and lots of oily bits that knowing my luck are leaking over my boot and my blueline interior!

Sounds a tad high Mr Foggy. Was expecting a tad lower.

Cornholio wrote:Tom, I have the centre piece of the front spoiler sat behind my bike. I meant to put it into the car before James took it away, but forgot. It has a small bit of plastic missing around one of the fixing holes (will get a photo once it is light), but otherwise is OK. Let me know if you're still interested (so long as that is OK with James and Chris).
PM'd, Gavin! I was after the whole front spoiler, not just the front lip (my mistake). So if anyone else would like it, go for it!

Cheers,

Tom

Expect all you want Mr Kaos....it'll take me time to wrap it and get to the post office...never mind the postage cost! If you want it posting, £10 it is (inclusive of shipping!). I'm sure it'd cost you more by the time you've driven to a scrap yard.

How's about this for a deal? Whereabouts in Somerset are you? I'll be heading down the M5 next Friday evening...could meet somewhere along the way...Taunton Deane services, or somewhere like that? I need to stop off to deliver William / Greenvan his headlining. If all I've got to do is sling it in the car, you can make me an offer for it, and within reason I'll probably not say no. Perhaps we could all meet up with Jeff (Jarlidge) and pop to the pub?

WooDoo...yes, I have the instrument cluster from it. Only the rev counter is different (and the perspex, if you're being fussy....no hole for the clock adjuster!), and it's easy to swap....might be cheaper to post?

cheers

Cool cool. I'll be leaving work at 4-5ish, and it's best part of 4 hours to Taunton....so we're looking at 8-9ish. We'll work out a plan...
