i'm a lucky bastard indeed
@ SteveP it's 218.5 Arctic Blue Metallic. i still don't know wether i like it or not. a few weeks ago it was in the rain, then it did look cool.
tonight i've cleaned the stock wishbone of it's bushes and painted the front suspension. only got a pic of the subframe though..
i probably won't have any more time this week for the car. v3c event coming up this weekend aswell

Actually we may have had that colour but just in Mk2's, certainly never seen a Mk3 in it - I think it's a great colour

You can only find them if your very lucky...They dont make them anymore...

and if you find them, they tend to get very expensive

got these from a mate with a little discount, but they still cost me 100 euros for new old stock dampers.
the yellow ones on the rear were 125 euro's a piece.
but hey, in a project like this it doesn't matter what costs you make, as long as the result will be a badass car

Are you kidding? A brand new gearbox?! Amazing. Your attention to detail is great, I basically had mine to bits to about the same level, but didn't bother painting anything, and I really wish I had because it all looks a bit tatty, not showing the work that's gone into it.
Anyway, you won't have that problem!

Nice sandwich proping up the back axle. Bread must be stale over there
