well was lurking through my local scrap yard today and found this hiding in the far right hand corner.
1.7 so i grabbed everything i could in the time i had, might go back up for more.
i got the seats for my mk3, the bonnet for a spare which im going to spray black, grill for a spare, dash with rev counter, mk3 spoiler, bell housing and prop, engine beam, badges for my tool box, 440 alloy with good tyre and some extra gauges which were in the center.
anyway after half an hour of taking stuff of this car my dad noticed it was one of his old customers cars and he had wired all the extra gauges in.
well if anyone needs any bits let me know and i dont mind going up.
heres a few pics of some of the stuff.

Are you keeping all the stuff or looking at selling dude? I'd be interested in a bellhousing

The doors look very clean and well worth saving...especially the rears (easier to remove, and harder to find in good order).
cheers
James

Get the headlamps if the reflectors are in good condition, in a few years 90% of these scrapyard finds will stop! Really poor reflectors are one thing which will take cars off for the road for good come M.O.T. time. I can't believe how poor mine are on the 340 at night yet they still pass (my dad's car did fail on it one year though). However if a pattern can't be formed it will eventually fail! The are unrepeatable, so once they go, their gone! All 300's in everyday use will probably need new ones every 10 to 20 years due to oxide/tarnishing of the aluminum shiny bit!! So even if you don't need them you can always sell them!

Reflectors I'm less worried about as they can be fixed much easier that making new glass lenses.
