Handbrake only partially effective AND binding??
Both Front shocks.
And Emmisions.

FFS, shame you not down here bud, could have that done in a couple of evenings. I'd be jumping for joy if I got a pass (sorry nearly pass) like that ;)

Handbrake is likely the mech rusted up

Slow worker! or do you take too many tea breaks?

Sorry to hear about the fail VND, it's not too bad in the grand scheme of things. You can't buy stickers if you're sticking to the sticker challenge.

Thats pretty naf! I had brake problems with mine too. Only reason mine took ages was because of parts I was waiting on.

Shoes would be easy to do like Evoman says. That'd save you a lil. I used a guy through ebay that made up pipes for me if its the solid copper lines your after, I can send you the link. Its annoying that the brakes are the only things that can't be tested without the force-o-meter they use for the brake readings.

When I heard the term "forceometer" the first term i thought it was a joke! I just think they could have found a less GCSE physics name for it :P

I took Ben helping into account too, and came up with the one evening time scale. Me the mechanic, and Ben the trained semi-professional tea boy and brake-pedal-operator-whilst-bleeding-the-brakes-and-master-cylinder-refilling dogsbody.

Ha ha! Sorry lads. Didn't know how to describe it or what it is called. I assume you know what I mean though. The rolling road coupled to some dials that give out force readings of the individual brakes.

jon, thats just the rolling road but there's an in car one used for permanent 4wd cars that im pretty sure is called a force-o-meter :P
