I used the lid off the carb, and the gasket, all the jets, tubes, clips.. the biscuit. Emulsioney type tubes. Carb leak gone.

Then it started leaking at the wikileaks(r) plate (only purpose is to 'make things leak!') Aka cooling plate/egr pipe plate.

So I bypassed every part of the 'eat own crankcase gases system'
Sealed the wikileaks plate up with ridiculous amount of copper gasket (combustible-non abrasive), fuel soluble! Kicks ass on manifold, don't use 'in' the carb.
-'will return the tpiece, my crank vapour now lubricates my carb ;-).
Just an experiment mind.

Now it goes right at last, NO hesitation. Fast response to aid swerving etc. Is performing as intended.

Just in time, shift starts at 7!

To make up for my crank gas venting (feel like chernoble safety guy..) I'm going to capture the carb vapours and send them down the intake instead. ;)

Got it done, was even another leak round the allen bolt holes under the wikileaks plate.

There are multiple layers of gasket with enhanced 'boing'
Should not rattle, and can handle many thou of carb base warp.
Just need to tidy up the manifold+paint things evenly with liquid gasket where it's exposed, so it looks as good as it is.

It needs a little more idle-air with the egr cut off and airbox devoid of holes(plastic welded)

The float level+fact the accel-pump was pissing down the wrong venturi.. Now! Now it's running right.

Hahahaa!
