Definitely not a 200 series - in fact I don't recognise it as a Volvo rack at all.
It seems to have an external actuating servo and with the look of the bellows I would suggest - Citroen - a Xantia perhaps?
The resovoir could be Volvo as could the pump.

I do not think that is a Volvo rack at all but pump and bottle do look Volvo. I'm not sure what the rack is off but looks French and FWD

No no no.. i don't have a gun..need license. But i will find another 360 in scrapyard that have Power Steering..there are 2 units. I hope they still have it. I'll go and talk to the seller again, it was last year.

I do have a power rack along with the rest of the system but missing the steering colum to match it. I was keeping to to try and find suitable tie rod ends for the power racks

got it dai and mac. Hahah the guy didn't pick up phone..maybe he changed his number.. need to go to his workshop.. but he's something you know.. he have a few units 122, 122 wagon but very poor condition,..he's doing the repair by himself. Now I got my grill in place, indicator lamp, and tail light both new.

Corsa EPS columns are pretty cheap over, looking under the dash of my glt there appears to be plenty of space to make it work. Ive only ever tried them in fwd french things but i rate them very highly and the mk2 escort rally boys love them with their 2 turn l2l racks
Has anyone actually done an electric power steering conversion on a 300?? If dai comes up the 'quick rack' this is gonna be my plan

Hello Mac, the parcel still not reach me yet. I think by next week i'll received it. Finally i talked to the guy that sold me the PAS, interesting he said it was taken out from 360. I need to jack the car up and uninstall the stock rack. need to remove the tyre first right? But i have problem to jack the car is other jacking point because, i'm afraid the body cannot sustain the weight of the car. The car had been infected by rust..on some area.

Hi Zack,
Parcel went off @12.23pm on the 1st.July by Royal Mail International Standard post - give it time.
I find it hard to believe the rack came off a 360 - the mountings are all wrong and I don't think there is room for the external servo that acts on the track rod. But I'm happy to be proved wrong - could be some sort of aftermarket conversion I suppose - definitely not Volvo though - I still go for a Citroen Xantia!.
You can jack up on the front axle beam and use stands to support the car on the main chassis rails (box sections) that run inboard of the sills. If the OE jacking points are rusted the sill may collapse if you lift there.

Ok mac, today, I manage to jack the car, and remove the front tyre, but, there is only one bolt on Right Tyre that is so stubborn that, my wrench bend a bit. As of the rack, looks like a lot nuts need to be removed, need advice guys. Hey mchudd, did you send me the bumper bracket? The grill came without badge

.. do you have extra? I have the old one but, it's word badly.
