That is part of the renix system, which only came on the 300 series! B19a is carburetted with point ignition, b21et had kjet with point ignition if I'm right. I've heard that you might be able to use a cranksensor from a Volvo 440, 460 or 480. But not sure of that.
I can't see the images but I'm guessing you are talking about the crank sensor. The 940 sensor is 3 wires but this thing is just a coil the extra wire is a shield to ground.
Also not sure what frekvence is, I know inductances have a frequency characteristic but it may not matter much. Does it mean 'turns' or 'coils'?
I'm going to wire the 300 renix crank sensor to the 940 EZK ignition unit but I'm not sure that it will work. I really don't want to modify the 360 bell housing to fit the 940 one. Worse case I will glue the 940 coil to the 360 bracket.
I do worry that the 940 is shielded because it is a smaller signal, but it should then either work or be possible to attenuate the signal from the 300 with resistance.
Hey guys i have some quastions, i have B21ET engine and B23FT..
What engine will be powerfull? The B21 block i am rebuild. Maybe need block from B21ET but cylinder head from B23FT? Maybe it will give extra hp. B23FT from limousine
