Good find! That looks very much like the spot lamp Volvo sold as an original accessory for the 300-series. It may even be the same?

To change of dial's instruments from one with clock to other with counter rev need Any extra link of those 2 switch in Back of the Dashboard instruments.

All you need is a rev counter, the wiring is there for both
