Some very nice pics there Meintag (as usual!).
Let me know when you need the non-AC PAS pump bracket. I should be down at my grandmother's house over Easter, so I'd be able to remove it from the GLT ...

Today was time for stripping... All day spent guys !!!
This was my fully loaded GLT...
After remove the seats, carpet, etc... 5 min of work !
All was very dirty... Coins, candys and alot of things I don't know what they are... Vacuum cleaner is our friend !
And sound deadening our enemy !! Go for it !!
Who says this was a pain in the arse ?! It's pretty easy with an airgun ! Some heat and it can be removed easily
I had all this very soon...
And finished !!
Now start the authentic pain in the arse !!! Remove the glue from sound deadening !! Oh my god ! A wire brush attached to the drill, slow RPMs and a lot of patience !!! 20 thousand hours later...
I hope to paint all interior soon...
This all is no useful anymore !
And now the car sits higher, I think it will have the desired stance with 2,5" lowering blocks I've for it...
That's all folks !! Greetz from Spain !!

Thanks guys !!!
Griffo, is an honour to read that !! I'm glad the car have inspired you... I was inspired by a white 340 owned by Nev @ driftmoto I think !! It was classy ! hehe
I don't want to work another 6 hours removing sound deadening so quick, so I showed to the car his new gadget, a bit more relaxing !
Always I've wanted one of that ! And I think the shiftlight will be useful !!

Why? I love the sound when the engine bangs on the rev limiter

haha, your engine for sure not think the same Nikdev !
Today small update... The weight reduction continues, today I've started to ditch the aircon
What a room guys !! It's a shame not fit an intercooler here !! Maybe I'll reconsider the future for the engine...
Cheers !!

Yer it's ace the amount of space there is in front of the rad! Ripe for an oil cool IMO thats what will go there on mine anyway once it's needed!
'Tag: as you may have read in the past, my car has already been played with by Nev. He did the bucket seat fitting, welded diff and lowering on my car when it was owned by a previous owner. The guys a badass!
Loving the tacho though dude!

Well... I see the light again !! Weber route is the way to go !

Not turbo for now...
Today a small update !!
Time for front side... Carpet to the bin and start to remove sound deadening from firewall and other places... I'm surprised with Volvo guys. Sound deadening behind the dash until the windscreen !
Tip of the day !!! Petrol does the job to remove the glue from damn sound deadening !! Way better than wire brush !
Next update in a pair of weeks, I'll go a week to the beach in Canary Islands !!
