Only slight drama is that #3 spark plug doesn't want to stay in the head (still), so I've got to sort that out on Saturday...either another insert, or another head! Might be there a bit late...

I'm camping friday and saturday. I'll be with the northern convoy so will probably camp near them. No 300 so look for this:

Now not making this due to mechanical catastrophe. I do have 6 stand passes - are they going to get used? If not I need to know so I can cancel the stand. If so I need to know so I can scan them in for someone else to take.

I think I might now come down on the day as I've got too many other things I need to do this weekend. I'll take a stand pass, assuming there aren't six more respectable 300s attending!

I'm still planning to attend (and camp over on the Saturday night), but the 345 needs a head swap before it will make it...so anything unexpected on that front could scupper my plans. If it doesn't make it, I doubt I'll attend in the V70.

Is anyone other than myself and Alex turning up in a 300? If that's it...er...questionable about the stand.

Well now it's very near the time for this event I've made other plans for sunday. I'm hoping to attend a classic car "park up picnic" on the 19th September on Weston-s-Mare's beach lawns. The dealership where it came from ceased trading in new 300s because Volvo stopped production of this very favourable brand.
