Just a couple of small updates really, got some bits, and managed to find a prop end for the prop company to finally rebuild the coupling  (only took me 2 weeks).

S13 Camber top mounts, for the coilovers (coming soon)

Super strong internal drive wheel nuts. Mine were on the brink of rounding, thought I'd tackle the situation before it occurred.

and a thermostatic plate, and fittings for the oil cooler. Just need some hose and decide on routing.

Hopefully the prop end should turn up soon, then I can get cracking with the other stuff. :D

This is becoming one amazingly engineered car, almost looking like a 340GLT creation :D

So are you getting custom inserts for your coilies and having them shortened? :)

Do those top mounts have the PCD as the 300s? Why would need shorter inserts for those top mounts?

No, s13 camber plates require the strut towers to be cut and drilled to take them. Also s13 camber plates dont go straight onto 340 dampers so new dampers have to be made, or some kind of adapter fabricated

I wondered if the inserts were going to be shortened for damper travel when lowering the car. Thomas........ :)

Not so much 340 shocks, just they need to be shortened shocks what ever they are :)

Cheers lads. The camber plates are not a direct fit, but like attack said, need the strut towers re drilled. I'll only do this when the coilovers are done, as I obviously still need the car to drive! Same with the damper. I'm getting Gaz shocks to make me the coilovers, as the dampers need modifying anyway, and I can't weld and want the struts to be made properly. The price is good, and they come with the shortened dampers done to fit the s13 plates and allow for ride height adjustment (the dampers are also top adjustable). They also shot blast and powder coat them, which is included in the price.

With the strut towers on the car, I'm going to most likely strengthen them with a 3/5mm thick plate welded to the top. (this is Nev's way of doing it, can see it on the sr360 build on DW) to help support the struts as I'll be removing a fair amount of metal to mount the s13 plates.

So they'l look something like this  I've gotta cut up my strut towers too, im thinking of raising the strut towers an inch too, so that i can get the car lower, but still have the damper movement :)

TASTY!! :D Yeah that's what they'll look like. I just need to send them some struts and they'll do the rest. 3 week turn around, so it's about a months wait, but it'll be worth it!!
