I'm sure it will get better, just takes time, if it takes two days for each year, it is not too bad, even a week for each year could be considered as bargain, imo :D

Sounds like you are doing a good job, keep it up 340pw

Keep at it. Keep at it.

Maybe your outlook is back to front. It should be a pleasure not a pain.

Hi lads.
Today is day 64 without one and i still feel crap.
When will it get better? I am told it could be well over 6 months before it gets easier.
I will just have to keep going. Nearly threw the towel in a couple of times but didn't.
Thanks again everyone for the support.

64 days is a long time man. :D

Been poison in your system for a long time so might take a long time to clear it all out.

Bet youre saving a fortune in YoYos!

FYP.

You see you are NOT feeling crap, it's just that you think you're feeling crap. Slight difference. It's all in the heid now.

Well done and keep it up.

Aye, it is very long time indeed, great work, imo!

Perhaps little bit of psychology would help, here our railroad company, VR put all railways, stations etc to non smoking area, then they did offer support for employees to quit smoking. They had support system, where employee got something extra from quitting, also they had support groups, if employee found it difficult to quit there was also possibility to apply into program where they did spend 2 weeks in rehab complex, where they were teached ways to get better over from thinking of smoking, also some physical training etc, there was then some psychological guidance too, some mind practise so that thoughts would cross less of smoking, when it is not in your mind, it is not in your body either.

Have you checked NHS services? I don't think that should cost a much if at all and they probably have some great tips so worth to see?

I'm sure that you can do it all by yourself too, but maybe those could make it bit easier?
