okay, the right one is an electrical engine heater.

In Sweden quite normal. Made by Kalix.
Completed with a special cable which ends in the grill or bumper and a power cable to connect to ac.

The left one should be a coolant drain plug.

the right one ok - ignore it, if you don't need a warm car from start up in winter...

But why you want to connect the drain plug (for empty cooling water when you exchange it) with
the water pump ?

Not sure what you mean about waste gate. The waste gate is inside the turbo and has to be in the hot exhaust, the waste gate actuator is the blue thing on your engine it controls the wastegate according to pressure in the inlet side to ensure a fixed pressure.

Because, from water pump i have thi pipe.

And i was thinking maybe i need to plug.
Or just need to close this tube and block dry hall..

About wastegate.
That vakum pump i just wanna move to exhaust side.
Because if i have in the cold side it,s not working because engine mounting

And maybe someone can hel me with Turbo Oil??
Where it need to plug? I just cant find some pics..

The pipe is the oil cooler version, the downwards pipe connects to a water-oil cooler, the water the returns by the drain valve position. The oil filter is on long adaptor thing that brings the oil cooler and filter beside the water feed+return. This is how the 940 turbo works.

The 940 turbo has an oil feed for the turbo the block face and a different engine mount.

The 360 heater pipe has no joint here so you could use one of those.
