Off topic for a second... I was having problems with getting my 340 started, was turning over but the fully charged battery was just running flat each time I tried it. Dad is an ex mechanic and we were able to identify it to being a fuel pump problem. We got it to fire by placing fuel directly into the carb and it went straight away and started pulling the fuel in. Replaced a pipe and all seems fine now. The moral of the story, I'd love to come to the meet now that the car is ok after weeks of still standing again!

It doesn't look much now, but with my new work I can work on it all day and go to work at night. Hopefully the computer will be in there shortly, and I'm planning some minor mods to the dash and rear seats.

By the way... if VBH can make it that would be so cool. I'd have to dig out the Allman Brothers Band song 'Jessica' for the journey there
