You need a saloon to build a pick up. Estates don't work very well with the rear end shape.

And putting estate rear lights to cabin is going to look really bad, I think I have seen that done too

Put whole roof wide glass window over to rear passenger area of that Estate, that way people won't get soaked during the rain

It was apparently modified in San Francisco, USA by an art student (still has California plates on) but the seller says it can be further modified to run as an A-traktor in Sweden. So it's still a car, just a highly modified one.

B230 block, Penta crank, SPM rods, 97mm Wiseco pistons, 16V head ported by Sundsten, Nuke performance adjustable cam gears, 280 degree cams with 12,2 lift, KKK31 turbo 67 intake/76 exhaust and billet wheel, HKS 60mm wastegate, custom intake and exhaust manifolds, 1600cc injectors, 034 motorsport ignition modules and Tatech engine management system, gearbox is a BMW M5 Getrag and clutch is a 3-disc Tilton piece.

He took it to the dyno some weeks ago and results..

656HP/709NM!

Not without problems though. First the FPR blew up at the dyno, then some problems with the gear linkage and finally the whole plenum blew up when they tried to dyno with 2.5bar of boost but after those were fixed they got those amazing numbers out with 2.2 bars of boost.

He says it's still a surprisingly nice car to drive around and he plans to get the groceries with it in the future also... (Though not during the winter time I suppose.)

He has future plans whichs include full roll cage, carbon fibre bodypanels etc...
