about two weeks now i use to own another Volvo. it is light green metallic 360GL - 1986. about 230 thousand on the clock. steering, starting, running and braking good. needs bodywork (sills etc.) i already replaced the right engine mount, thermostat and left rear wheel bearing. it looks like:

Nice 340, the Pollux alloys change the Mk2 look a lot! Quite a nice colour on the Mk2's as well.

Curious car that....I didn't realise there were mk2 saloons apart from the 360GLEi. Perhaps that wasn't the case for the UK market? It's probably a 1.4 saloon too - something never sold here.

In the UK I've seen a Mk2 saloon that wasn't a GLEi, I think...... it was a while ago.

And how about the Belgian 1.4 CVT saloon, something else not sold here in the UK?

Most of 340 volvos sold in slovenija was like myne 1.4 1.7 and 1.6 diesel and half of 360 volvos. You hardley see five or three door volvo. my friend have five door one and y thing y see one in Ljubljana once long time ago. In three years y see only one metalic reed volvo like my. That is a problem becuse only reed volvo have reed interier and y need driver seat . Y have blue seat but dont look wery good in combination with reed.
