Winnar! So has it all been worth it?

It most certinly has been worth it, however i still want a smoke.
It is strange learning to live without ciggarettes.Last week i was driving to work and i
suddenly realized i had left my fags at home so i turned the car to go back. I then stopped
and thought, what the f**k am i doing, i donn't smoke anymore.
Deffinatly had a blonde moment there.

It doesn't matter how many times you lapse as long as you get there.
You could try doing what i did and go to the doctor. They have anti smoking clinics
where they put you on a program of patches and inhalors. You donn't even have
to go of the booze . Its working for me.

I've never worked all this patches malarkey. It's like giving an alky alcohol to give up.

Cold turkey seems more effective to me.

Hi lads.
Just thought i would update this. As of today, i have not had a ciggarette
for two years . I still carry my little plastic freind { benson i call him }, as he
keeps me from climbing walls . I am shure i have saved a few bob but i haven't noticed.
Has anyone else quit lately?

I knocked it on the head 11th November. Had a couple of wobbles in Jan, but nothing problematic.

Don't know where the money saved has gone though. :s

Nice one both. I know a few going through it atm, doesn't seem a fun game.
