what are the wheels on this or are they just banded steels?

they are diamond racing wheels you find them a lot in the stanced scene on civics and mx5s so they do come in different styles sizes and pcd's.

Zaks wagon is rad, powered by an sr20 just so everyone knows... The sedan with the spitfire teeth on the side was also his...

I wasn't a fan of the wheels either, but they were on the car when I got it and I was too busy spending money on the engine to worry about wheels, lol...
