Great work Zack keep it up
I've been wondering why do you want power steering? Personally I hate power steering so that's probably why I'm asking

Hi guys, today, I finally at last able to pop out the tie rod end using special tool, that I bought, not so long ago.. the fork will have to wait another day..a bit tricky when loosen it counterclock wise. Only left is the screw that hold the rack and the pinion. Do I have to loose the one coupling inside the car or from out side..
Thanks guys
Zack

I could be mistaking but isn't your sway bar the wrong way up?

Finally, got it removed. Now, need to find a power steering set, the one I got is not compatible. I use a box socket with Allen key number six to remove it. Before that I need to remove the coupling above the joint, it have 4 number 13 screws and nuts. The rubber was torn and beat up badly. Need to replace this as well.

Zack, you'll be pleased to learn that the power rack does not use the the composite rubber disc/flexible joint (it uses a UJ)
If you look at the parts listings and diagrams I sent you they will show the differences between the manual (excl.p.s.) and power (p.s.) systems.
When you find a car to "rob" get the lower column with all the joints as well.
The parts diagrams will also show you what things should look like and the lists show the quantity of bolts etc.
Mac.

Right on Mac, definitely will take the whole assembly. Thanks Mac, the diagram is very use full. As for the sway bar, the bush need to be replaced as well, gladly I found one, but it's from misubishi pajero, the diameter is 22mm and the thickness is the same as orginal. Thanks Mac. One more thing can I use the 240 anti roll bar, mine looks like it's been welded to fit.

Anti sway bar is specific to 360 - 240 will definitely not fit.
Bushes can still be found in the UK however.
If you can find a donor 360 for the rack it may still have it's sway bar.
Mac.
