Next weekend is that driftday right? The driveline didn't felt right anymore, so I bought another vario.. But it seems that the one I bought was even worse.. So I began to put back the old one. Wich I have doubts about. But the worst thing, I don't have time anymore to finish it, so my car don't have a driveline right now.. I have to do some things for school. (I have to give a presentation for the Cadillac ditributor) Wich I should prepar good...
Yesterday I stopped at 3 o clock... the night. Hopefully I can finish the car friday.. And more important, keep the car going, without a blown diff..
Grtz
ps: I searched for the reason why the vario diff can't handle my drivestyle. I know why now..

Please tell me you've Waxoyle / Dinitrolled the crap out of that thing. I think I'd cry if it went rusty having made it thus far looking spot-on...
cheers

Oh yes, it's had alot of wax oil applied. Infact you should be able to see the sills have been covered in thick undercoat paint. I'm going to reapply wax oil to the rear arches once the car has fully dried out.
There are a few rust patches on the body work, couple small bad marks on the bonnet. I've not touched them up but have applied some undercoat paint to stop them getting worse should a future owner want to make it perfect.

A lovely car and a very nice colour! Green- / Green-grey metallic (150 / 208) maybe?
I like all that chrome on a Mk2 GL. Gives it a completely different character compared say, to a GLT with matt black bits & spoilers.
