M42 or 6pot? I've a lot of love for E30's and they do drive nicely.

Sorry VND, she's an M42, challenge bilsteins, propper diff and other trick bits. I have been in AE86's, 205's, Escorts etc, but I think this handles the best. It truly unbelievable. It'd love a 4 pot M3 lump or 320is lump.

A friend of mine had a 318 which he dropped an M42 in the same time I did my valver swap. The E30 had vast lots of M-Tech suspension goodies, ally wishbones, the lot.

Then he got a proper job and no one would insure it for business mileage It was a lovely thing to drive though.

Now to get John to drill and fit it!

My mk2 has wing mounted side repeaters. This wing has no holes. So we make holes.

Cheers Jon. Was a bit "slapdash" with no real plan, but Im happy with the result.
Just needs a coat of laquer or something to seal it up, then its going on.

Its a mottled, very uneven surface down there, so wont hald a decal. Theres a ridge, then the change in surface. Ive covered down to that point.
Its below the bumper, so the bumper will have to act as the "cut off"
