i've never seen that car in person, that's probably because it's in a shed for the last 1,5 years awaiting restauration + respray
by coincidence i had mailcontact with Freerk a few weeks ago

Thats it, exactly the same. Mine was metallic blue. I've seen that car on the web before when searching for photos, nice to see the whole album! It's reminded me, I did once see one that colour at the top of our road in the very early 80's. Will get some photos up soon!

The brochure I have doesn't list a code, but calls it "green metallic". Going by the MY of the car it could be
127 Tahoe green metallic/Light green metallic

Yes, all were vario for a couple of years, not sure when manual came, 78,79 I think. No not a dog , its one of those 70's things. Called a goony bird, like a puppet on strings. Someone made a killing on Donny market selling them to all the kids in our street

i didnt know that.

from sept 78 as a option, still only the 4spd though

so slightly possible it could be a manual, but this car does have the my78 front, probably a cvt version

S- Reg is 77 to 78, so 78 model year, but I don't get the chrome door handles & mirrors and the hub caps then.

Could be a late registration of a 77MY car...
