Lowering blocks!

hi all, after some lowering blocks ( cheap ) preferably 3"

If you want cheap, especially 3" then you will need to get creative and knock something up IMO.

no problem with that, should be able to do so. you dont happen to know where is best to get bolts strong enough? as im clueless about bolts etc

Speedy knows the score. Maybe try thick walled box section instead of a brick though lol.

As for bolts, when I lowered mine I bought some high tensile stuff from a local place that deals solely in fasteners. That's your best bet. As they deal in bulk to the trade etc. they don't mind sending a handfull my way for a few quid for the coffee machine.

I've used them loads and they really do hve everything.

yeah, theres a place 5 minutes down the road that builds gates - they'll have the box for it come to think of it. and im sure theyll know where the bolts are at

sounds good was this at a local engineering firm? im looking at places that will de-camber leafs now as this way itll be safer + im bound to want more than 3 inch drop :/

but still if anyone has something cheap.. let me know
