Setting carb on B19. Can't find how to in recent thread

I read how to do this in someones WIP thread a few weeks back. Anyone got the info? I searched but I find naa'ting!

you need a special tool to adjust the needle, you're best off going to a old volvo specialist wich has some experience with zenith/stromberg on 240's they have the proper tools for it too

Cheers for the reply dude. That's what confused me. I read you need the tool.
But what I saw on here, possibly posted by you? was instructions for setting up. Hold the revs at 3K RPM and there are two screws to adjust?
If you could point me in the direction of that post I would appreciate it. It's always nice to have a better understanding of your own car!

errr, from memory it was only the needle that requires adjusting since these wear out slightly; but around the carb itself there are a lot more adjustements too.
have you allready filled the carb's piston up with ATF oil??
the 3k rpm thing was mostlikely for getting the engine up to temp a bit quicker, i have only completely adjusted 2 B19A's so i don't yet know my way around them as i know the rest of the 3series engines.. a old 240 specialist really is the way to go on this
