Clutch settings

Post by alf »

Ok, after almost 2 months my car is ready to hit the road once again. The only thing i have to do is to set the clutch right- b200e engine.
In the maintaince book it says that i shold have 15 to 16 cm between the floor mat and the top of the clutch pedal. In this moment, i have 14 cm and the same at the brake pedal. Should i set it to 15 cm, or it doesn`t matter the comparison with the brake pedal?

Thanks, i`ve set the pedal height to 15 cm and it`s ok (for me), it works just fine. It runs smooth, and it`s quiet (with the old release bearing sm2 it wasn`t).
